Sleepless Night Affirmations

Have you been having trouble falling asleep lately, or not been able to stay asleep for a full night? We sometimes take on so much throughout the day that we forget to give ourselves time to breathe. Before we know it, bedtime have crept up on us. We get in bed. Then, the thoughts of our whole day, the rest of the week, our memories, hopes and fears, seem to start racing through our minds. Finally, we start feeling so many different emotions from the thoughts we’re having, that it leads to a sleepless night.

Sleepless Night Affirmations has helped me tremendously! If you’re experiencing sleepless nights yourself, take time out and make your own affirmations to program your mind at night. You’ll have less trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. Or, feel free to use these affirmations:


* As I inhale Peace, I exhale release.

* I release all emotional negativity.

* I am more than the thoughts that happen to occur.

* I believe in what's possible.

* I love myself!

* I am free to be in the present moment.

* I have done my best today, and I am willing to forgive the rest.

* I am at peace, I will rest now.

I must say I have been doing this every night since August and I've been waking up refreshed motivated and living my best life. I'm definitely at peace and yes I'm a true believer that anything is possible if you put your best foot forward. Thank You For you are forever blessed to be a blessing
