  • Digital Products: All digital readings are delivered to the email or phone number you provided at checkout. You will receive your reading in the format specified in the product description (either as a written summary, video, or link to a live session). Please note that all readings will be delivered during business hours.

  • Physical Products: All physical products will be shipped to the shipping address provided at checkout. We ship from the United States and ensure that all orders are carefully packaged for safe delivery.

  • Shipping Time: All physical products are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

  • Shipping Method: All shipping is done via standard mail services. Delivery times may vary based on your location, but you will be provided with tracking updates to monitor your order's journey.

At T Boutique LLC, we strive to provide excellent service and products. If you are not fully satisfied, please read the return and refund policy below:

  • Digital Products: We do not accept returns or offer refunds on digital products, including readings, videos, or other downloadable content. All digital products are delivered as per the description on the product page.

  • Physical Products: If you are not satisfied with your physical product, we will accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is returned in the same condition it was received. Please ensure that the product is unopened and unused for a full refund.

  • Returns Process: To initiate a return, please reach out to us via tboutique555@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your items.

  • Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges on any products. Please ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase before completing the checkout process.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition. Please note that the return shipping cost will not be refunded.
